Factory Projects
TECO GROUP provides complete electrical power distribution, motor control, and automation systems for factories and manufacturing plants across Jordan, East Africa, and the Middle East. Our factory project portfolio includes pharmaceutical production facilities, heavy industrial complexes, pipe manufacturing plants, and chemical processing operations — each requiring rugged, high-performance switchgear and SCADA-based automation engineered for demanding, continuous production environments.
Our factory electrical scope of supply includes:
- Main distribution boards (MDB) up to 6400A with bus couplers for redundant power supply configurations in critical production lines.
- Motor control centers (MCC) in Form 2 and Form 4 construction — fixed and withdrawable types — for production machinery, conveyors, compressors, and process equipment.
- Variable frequency drive (VFD) panels and soft starter panels for efficient motor starting and speed control across factory operations.
- Automatic power factor correction (APFC) systems with harmonic filters up to 850 KVAR for high-demand industrial loads.
- SMDB, FDB, ATS, and generator synchronising panels for complete factory power infrastructure.
- PLC-based control systems, mini SCADA, and fiber optic communication for factory process automation and monitoring.
Every factory project is delivered with full engineering and quality assurance:
- In-house panel design, engineering, and manufacturing in our own production facility to IEC and NEMA standards.
- Comprehensive factory testing — high voltage, insulation, functional, and MCC logic verification.
- Thermal imaging inspections and primary injection testing of protection circuits.
- Site installation, commissioning, operator training, and handover.
- Ongoing operation and maintenance contracts for long-term production reliability.
