Final Distribution Boards (FDB)

TECO GROUP manufactures final distribution boards (FDB) that form the last stage of the power distribution hierarchy — delivering protected electrical circuits directly to lighting, power sockets, small equipment, and individual end-user loads. Our FDB range is designed for the protection of people and equipment, manufactured in our own production facility to IEC 61439 standards, and supplied for commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, factories, and infrastructure facilities where safe, reliable final circuit protection is essential.

Our final distribution board product range includes:

• Three-phase FDB (Disbo Extra) — IEC 61439-1, 2 & 3 compliant with current ratings of 125A and 250A, short-time withstand up to 25 kA, and IP41 ingress protection.
• Single-phase FDB — row type and tested busbar configurations from 6 to 16 modules, rated up to 100A with IP31 protection.
• Row-type enclosures — 1 to 6 rows, 16 modules per row, with split busbar configuration accepting any DIN-rail device.
• Large choice of incomer options — switch disconnectors, MCBs, and MCCBs — with flexible outgoing circuit configurations.
• Electrogalvanised sheet steel construction (1.2 mm) with RAL 9002 standard colour finish.
• Temperature rise tested for 50°C ambient without derating.
• Coordination with upstream SMDB and MDB for complete power distribution hierarchy from intake to final circuit.
• Full factory testing including insulation, high voltage, and functional verification before dispatch.
