Waste Water Treatment Plants Projects
TECO GROUP has been delivering complete electrical, automation, and SCADA systems for wastewater treatment plants across Jordan for over two decades. Our WWTP portfolio includes some of the country’s most significant infrastructure projects — Wadi Arab, Aqaba, Muwaggar, Wadi Shallala, and Shidia Mines — where we provide full plant automation from medium voltage switchgear and motor control through to distributed control systems (DCS), process MIMIC visualisation, and fiber optic communication networks.
Our wastewater treatment plant electrical and automation scope includes:
- Main distribution boards (MDB) and medium voltage switchgear up to 33 KV for primary plant power intake and transformer stations.
- Motor control centers (MCC) with VFD panels for aeration blowers, sludge pumps, recirculation systems, and chemical dosing equipment.
- SMDB, FDB, ATS, and APFC systems across all plant buildings and process areas.
- Distributed control systems (DCS) and PLC-based control systems with multiple outstations for full process automation.
- Process MIMIC and hot redundant SCADA configurations for real-time plant monitoring and operator visualisation.
- Industrial communication networks — fiber optic, mobile GPRS, and UHF radio for inter-station data acquisition and remote telemetry.
Every WWTP project is delivered with full engineering and quality assurance:
- In-house panel design, engineering, and manufacturing in our own production facility to IEC and NEMA standards.
- Comprehensive factory and site testing — high voltage, primary injection, functional verification, and logic testing.
- Thermal imaging inspections for predictive maintenance and early fault detection.
- Site installation, commissioning, operator training, and handover.
- Ongoing operation and maintenance contracts for long-term plant reliability.
