TECO GROUP designs and manufactures complete low voltage electrical distribution systems for commercial buildings across Jordan, East Africa, and the Middle East. Our building projects range from residential villas and high-rise towers to banks, military compounds, warehouses, and public infrastructure — all engineered and built to IEC and NEMA standards in our own production facility as an authorized Schneider Electric and RITTAL panel builder.

Our commercial building scope of supply includes:

Main distribution boards (MDB) for primary power intake and distribution up to 6400A.
Sub main distribution boards (SMDB) in Form 2 and Form 4 construction for floor-level and zone-level power distribution.
Final distribution boards (FDB) for lighting, power sockets, and tenant sub-circuits.
Automatic transfer switches (ATS) for seamless generator-to-mains changeover in buildings with standby power requirements.
Motor control centers (MCC) and lighting control panels for HVAC, elevator, and mechanical systems.
Metering panels for utility revenue metering and tenant energy sub-metering.
Automatic power factor correction (APFC) systems to meet utility requirements and reduce energy costs.

Every building project is delivered with full engineering and quality assurance:

In-house design, engineering, and panel manufacturing.
Factory acceptance testing (FAT) including insulation, functional, and high voltage tests.
Thermal imaging inspections and primary injection testing of breaker trip units.
Site installation, commissioning, and handover.
Ongoing operation and maintenance support contracts available.
