Process MIMIC

TECO GROUP designs and builds process MIMIC panels that give plant operators a clear, real-time visual overview of their entire facility at a glance. A process MIMIC displays live animated graphics on dedicated wall-mounted panels or operator workstation screens — showing equipment status (running, stopped, fault), process flow directions, tank levels, valve positions, pump states, and alarm conditions in real time. This allows operators to monitor and control complex multi-zone plants from a central control room with immediate situational awareness, faster fault response, and confident decision-making — making MIMIC panels an essential component of every DCS and SCADA installation we deliver.

Our process MIMIC capabilities include:
