Planning, design, supply and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment and SCADA system of a biological wastewater treatment plant with sludge treatment.
Treatment process: Storm water overflow basins; screening system; aerated grit and grease chamber; primary treatment; aeration tank; secondary clarifier, mechanical sludge thickening and dewatering; gas treatment/utilization; energy generation by CHP.
Design was in full coordination with Passavant Roediger GmbH Company which is now called Passavant Energy & Environment GmbH.

Project Consisted Supply of:
- Low Voltage Switchgear
- Motor Control Center
- PLC I/O Cabinets based on Siemens S7-300 PLC
- Full Passive Independent MIMIC Panel 2×4 Meter with special square tiles, include about 800 LED lamps and 100 intelligent analog process indicator.
- SCADA System based on Siemens WinCC 7.2 with two redundant workstation and complete integration with special report and exporting of data according to customer needs.
