Design & Production Area

TECO GROUP operates two dedicated production facilities in Amman, Jordan — our Marka Industrial Area headquarters and our Sahab Industrial Estate factory — providing a combined 2,300 m² of production floor space, 1,200 m² of storage, 1,700 m² of engineering offices, and 600 m² of training and seminar facilities. All LV switchgear panels, PLC control cabinets, and SCADA systems are designed, assembled, wired, and factory tested in-house under our direct quality assurance programme — ensuring every panel delivered meets IEC and NEMA standards with a Routine Factory Test (RFT) certificate.

Our design and engineering capabilities include:

• Eplan P8 CAE for professional electrical schematic design, bill of materials generation, and terminal planning.
• AutoCAD for panel layout, enclosure arrangement, cable routing, and site installation drawings.
• Protection coordination studies and short circuit calculations for MDB and MCC configurations.
• Siemens TIA Portal for PLC programming, HMI development, and process MIMIC screen design as an authorized Siemens system integrator.
• Industrial communication network design — fiber optic, microwave, UHF, and GPRS link planning with path surveys and link budget calculations.

Our production and testing capabilities include:

• Full mechanical assembly of switchgear enclosures, busbar systems, and internal separations for forms of construction up to Form 4b.
• Electrical wiring, termination, and labelling to IEC standards with full traceability.
• Dedicated testing laboratory with calibrated instruments from T&R, ZERA, Megger, FLIR, and Metrohm — covering high voltage testing up to 40 KV, primary injection up to 2,000A, insulation testing, earth resistance, and full functional verification.
• Thermal imaging using FLIR cameras for post-assembly verification and preventive maintenance inspections.
• 100% factory testing on every panel — visual, dimensional, mechanical, 3 kV HV test, and functional checks — with RFT certificate issued before dispatch.
• Spare parts storage and materials warehouse for fast turnaround on production and maintenance requirements.
• Training hall and seminar room for customer training, operator instruction, and technical presentations.
